Storytime with Coach Mulry at the Tampa Baseball Museum

It's all about the children! Coach Pete Mulry, one of the winningest coaches in high school baseball, has written a series of children's books entitled Threads & Friends to encourage literacy and teach life skills through sports-themed stories. The first seven of 11 books will be published and available in September.
The Tampa Baseball Museum is pleased to partner with the Peter J. Mulry Foundation "Stars of the Future" Literacy and Mentoring Program to present "Storytime with Coach Mulry", a reading of his first book Teamwork geared to children ages kindergarten through second grade. The first reading is Wednesday, June 29, 2PM - 3 PM, at the museum. Admission is FREE and limited to 25 children, who may be accompanied by one adult per child/family. Registration will be taken on a first come first served basis. Make a reservation today to ensure availability. Free admission includes a children's tour of the museum and entry into a drawing for a signed copy of Coach Mulry's book, Hard Work, the seventh in the series.

Next up... a reading of Samantha Short Stop entitled Attitude on July 20 2PM - 3 PM. Reservations are available now for the second reading in the series.
