Academy at the Lakes is a school community unlike any other. We believe that, to truly unwrap the potential in each child, the school experience must encompass far more than grades and college acceptance letters. At Academy, we instill values such as compassion, responsibility, and respect.
A community like Academy at the Lakes doesn’t happen by accident. We are intentional about our school’s culture – from the faculty we hire, to the students we enroll, to our advisory program, to the way our students, teachers, and administrators interact on a daily basis. A door held open, eye contact, and a sincere “thank you” are the norm here, not the exception.
Academy serves students in PreK3 through High School in a warm community, preparing them for college and for life. We celebrate the love of learning and the joy in the journey.
When I started at Academy I was shy, reserved, timid, unsure, introverted, and so on. The person I am today, thanks to Academy, is the opposite. I’m confident, passionate, enthusiastic, resilient, strong, outgoing, and sharp.

Academy is and will always be a second home to me, and it has prepared me to go out into the world.

The faculty was outstanding, togetherness existed amongst students, and campus was growing and evolving – all of which helped to develop a culture that promoted learning, excitement, motivation, fun, and thought.
