Marlene R Bloom, PhD

Dr. Bloom has been a licensed psychologist since 1994, working in South Tampa since 1998. She has extensive experience working with children and families. Dr. Bloom also has testified in court regarding developmental or mental health issues in cases involving custody arrangements and long-term planning for foster children.
