Rockatar Music Academy Summer Camp

Rockatar Music Academy is pleased to announce Summer Music Camp 2024 for ages 4 to 13. For ages 14 and above, please call about our exciting music lessons or joining Rockatar in our Summer Camp Counselor training program that qualifies for service hours with Bright Futures. Every summer our music camps are a phenomenal success, and we are looking forward to having more fun this summer learning and performing music!

Our dedicated and dependable instructors teach our students keyboard, piano, guitar, bass guitar, drums and voice. Have your child join us and try all of these instruments, find out which is their favorite – all levels of experience are welcome. Our students jam, create music, write songs, and have fun performing as a band!

Rockatar Summer Music Camps are located in our beautiful and family friendly music studios. For many years, Rockatar Summer Music Camps have become a favorite camp in the Westchase and South Tampa communities.

During each session, our students will learn to play real instruments of their choice and learn how to perform in a band. On Friday, the last day of the camp session, friends and families are invited to join a rockin’ music jam to enjoy a band performance by our students. The summer camp weekly session is from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Rockatar offers a flexible camp drop off anytime from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and a flexible pick up anytime from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The band performances are generally scheduled into two one hour shows on Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
