The Fit Friends Kids Club at the Health and Wellness Center is a professionally managed service available to members and guests of the Health and Wellness Center and Wellness Plaza. We keep them moving with fun activities, so you can enjoy a stress-free workout or physician visit knowing that your children are in the care of the kids club team of professionals. We also offer youth fitness programs including, yoga, swim lessons and zumba.
