I had a fantastic first time patient experience today at Jackson Dental . Superb top notch professionals from x-rays to hygienist and billing coordinator. Dr. Sheffield's summary consult was very thorough with attention to the details on the best course of action and sequence of procedures. I highly recommend this practice!

Absolutely the best experience. The entire office is top tier. From Ashley who was extremely helpful with scheduling and breaking down the cost of care options, to Brandi and Viviana who were experts in patient care, and Dr. Fortier who delivered a quick and pain free experience. I never thought going to the dentist could feel like going to a spa… but will now use this practice exclusively for my dental care.

I have been to my share of dentists and the care is always usually the same ho hum and I can never remember anyone's name and people do not seem to introduce themselves at all. That is NOT the case with Jackson Dental. EVERYONE is polite and attentive. They were prepared and expecting me, introduced themselves, and walked me through the entire process making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Best of all I KNOW what to expect at my future appointments because they developed short and long term goals.

The only little ding that would cause me to dock half a star is that the youngest they take is 16 and my son will be 15 🙁 and this is the kind of care he needs. We're both ready to ditch the patronizing care of the "baby" dentist!

And where they can improve (but not gonna knock a star) is: 1. Give Dr. Jackson a chill pill or some how siphon some of that energy! Whew, never met a faster talker that identified as male! But he was great, funny, and made me feel comfortable.
2. Directions to the office are pretty clear but for us visual people a little diagram or signs in the building would be helpful.
3. Finish that renovation! 😂 i am sure the staff is saying the same thing, and I am sure it will be awesome.

Thank you for amazing service and working with me where I am! From Steven who stood to greet me (that was top class there) to Norma's photo work, and April's excellent cleaning and exam, everyone went above and beyond in my opinion.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Stephanie and the entire team made me feel at ease every step of the way. Very happy to have found this practice.

Destiny and Brandi has been very helpful this afternoon at my appt. Destiny provided and guided me with assistance to where I should go. On the other hand, Brandi did a VERY good job. She is very sweet person and was very gentle on my teeth, I didn’t feel no pain during and after the procedure. Nor did I feel any numbness on my gum. She provided me with feedback to how to go on about my teeth in the future and was very firm about how I need to floss a lot and I appreciated that of her. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appt with her doing my treatment again 🤗.

Modern, professional and thorough. Jackson Dental uses the latest technology to map out your mouth with 3D images. Plus you can see everything being done for Xrays on the monitor in front of you without having to wear a lead apron on top of you. I highly recommend this dentist if you’re looking someone who is willing to invest in the latest equipment to provide the most value for their clients! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had nothing short of an incredible experience both times I have been here. I do not necessarily love going to the dentist, but everyone here is so kind and amazing at what they do. The staff at the front are so friendly. I forgot to get her name, but the lady in the billing department is so throurough and patient. Dr. Phelps and Troy had me laughing and feeling comfortable during my entire appointment, truly amazing personalities and great people all around. They did great work on my teeth and I'm so grateful! Definitely come here if you are looking for a new dental office!

It’s difficult to find a great dentist but we finally found ours. I was able to get a same day crown and next day cleaning. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and everything was clean.

Always have a great experience here with every hygienist I’ve had over the last couple years, and of course with Dr. Sheffield as well. The front office staff also communicates really well and is always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs. Worth it to note that their auto emails and website are very clear and organized as well.

Jackson Dental is awesome! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make every trip to the dentist worry free. As self-proclaimed “dental nerds”, the staff stays up-to-date with new techniques and works to master those skills and technologies. I’ve recommended Jackson Dental to several friends and coworkers and none have been disappointed.

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had a dental office - every single person was helpful and friendly. They have high-end technology to get the most information about your teeth. Dr. Jackson genuinely cares about helping you maintain the best dental health and Yaya was great with scheduling necessary follow-up appointments. I would highly recommend Jackson Dental and I'm so happy to have found such an amazing dental office!

I highly recommend !! I have had two crowns done with Dr.Phelps and love them. I also like the garage parking, heated massage chairs. This is my new dentist office!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Dr. Sheffield and this office! They have state-of-the-art technology and the office is so well run. The staff and Dr. Sheffield could not be nicer! As it turns out, I broke a CROWN 😭 2 hrs. later, what was left of the old/broken crown is gone, the tooth was cleaned and fixed, and a brand new PERMANENT crown is sitting in my mouth. And I got to watch FRIENDS on Netflix the entire time

10/10 would recommend. Everyone is so kind & personable. Quick & to the point. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have bad dental anxiety & they do everything in their power to help me relax! 🦷
