The USF Botanical Gardens is part of the Department of Geography, Environment and Planning in the College of Arts and Sciences. It consists of about 16 acres of gardens and greenbelt on the USF Tampa campus. The Gardens maintains a living collection of more than 3,000 of plants, animals and natural habitats. Throughout the Gardens, visitors will find many animal and insect species, from gopher tortoises to butterflies and to more than 60 species of birds!
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed Memorial Day)
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, noon - 4 p.m. (closed Easter Sunday)
